🎓The Beginning
I'm David—a passionate software engineer, builder, and AI enthusiast from Cebu.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Computer Engineering from Cebu
Institute of Technology – University, but my real education began at hackathons,
where I first discovered Flutter and fell in love with solving real problems
through code.
💻The Discovery
Since then, I've gone on to co-found startups, lead civic tech initiatives, and
develop full-stack applications that make an impact. My core stack includes
Flutter, React/Next.js, FastAPI, and NestJS, and I've used these tools to build
seamless, cross-platform experiences for fintech, civic engagement, and
productivity.
🤖The Evolution
In recent years, my focus has expanded toward AI-powered development. I build
intelligent systems using OpenAI, LangChain, VAPI, vector search (MongoDB), RAG pipelines,
and Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK)—tools that help me bring scalable,
agentic applications to life. From voter empowerment platforms like VeriPol,
to legal tech like Dexcribe, to voice-driven apps like GetYourCoachAI, my
goal is always the same: create tech that empowers people.
🌟The Leadership
I also serve as Co-lead of AI Pilipinas Cebu, where I help foster a growing
community of AI builders and thinkers. In May 2025, I gave a talk on multi-agent systems with Google ADK,
sharing real demos and practical use cases with fellow developers.
🚀The Vision
At my core, I'm a lifelong learner driven by curiosity and purpose. I thrive at
the intersection of human creativity and machine intelligence—exploring how
we can build smarter, more meaningful tools that solve real-world problems and
move society forward.
